Our small group personal training sessions are a combination of cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Each member of the group will benefit from having their own olympic barbell and weights enabling participation to be an individual adjustable effort at each participant’s own ability.

Every Saturday For 8 Weeks
8:30AM - 9:30AM | 9:30AM - 10:30AM
This option is for those at an intermediate fitness level who have already established a basic level of technique lifting weights.
This session is capped to 4 people per class to enable you to benefit from a similar level of attention to detail to technique and performance as personal training.
This option is great if you are looking to train in a small community of like-minded people who are all looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.

To cancel or reschedule personal training please contact us, at least 48 hours in advance. Inside 24hrs, If we fill your cancelled slot, then you will be refunded.

FAQ
Can I start personal training if I have injuries?
Yes! Robyn is highly experienced in training the injured from her years in the military. She will be able to provide exercises that compliment rehabilitation where possible and if not, be able to provide exercises that work around the injury.
Is there anywhere to park or store a bike?
Yes! There is free on-site parking and bike storage racks.
Is there a minimum sign up period?
Robyn recommends a minimum of 12 weeks in order to benefit from personal training. That allows Robyn enough time to teach you how to move and lift safely and to achieve results.
Do I have to have a certain level of fitness experience to start?
No! Whatever level your at, Robyn will be able to provide a progressive program that will teach you the key fundamentals of how to move and lift correctly whilst improving your fitness.
How will personal training help me achieve my goals quicker than going to the gym on my own?
Robyn has a wealth of knowledge on how to train in the most effective ways to optimise results. Having received high level sports coaching for athletics and the armed forces, Robyn has been taught by the best. Therefore, Robyn will be able to show you the most efficient training methods to achieve high performing results.
